The Holy Week saw multitude of tourists at Prinsa River in Indang, Cavite. Unfortunately, a multitude of garbage was also left behind by people.
Recently, photos of the wastes left in the vicinity of the river circulated online and angered several netizens. In response to this, volunteers from the city collected the plastic bottles and other garbage left of the area.
Additionally, Del Rosario encouraged the Indang Municipal Government to assign qualified persons from the barangay or individuals to monitor the river baths in order to keep the rivers clean and organized in the crowded town of Indang.
