Deaf-mute arrested for robbery

According to police offer Ace Mercado Paredes, he was sound asleep when he heard the continuous barking of his dog. He immediately got up and peeked out the window, where he saw a man carrying a large plastic bag that was about to run out of their yard.

Paredes immediately ran and chased the suspect. When he reached the suspect, he saw the large plastic bag containing various items from his house. 

The suspect will face multiple charges.
