TOKYO, Japan — North Korea has notified Japan of a plan..
State weather bureau PAGASA reported that most parts of the country will experience rain showers due to two weather systems.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 4 a.m bulletin today that the rain showers are brought by the shear line (tail-end of Frontal System) affecting the eastern parts of Southern Luzon and the Visayas, and the northeast monsoon affecting Luzon.
According to Aldczar Aurello of PAGASA, areas affected by the shear line will experience cloudy skies and light to moderate, with at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have isolated light rains.
Furthermore, PAGASA said the Bicol Region, Mindanao, Central, and Eastern Visayas are expected to experience scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, Batanes and the Babuyan Islands will experience rains due to the northeast monsoon, which will also bring isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Western Visayas and Mimaropa.
Moderate to strong winds, and moderate to rough seas will prevail over Luzon. On the other hand, light winds and moderate seas can be expected elsewhere.
The PAGASA official also said no weather disturbance is being monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility
