Artists Han Hyo-Joo and Park Hyung-Sik are back in the K-drama scene.
The two are set to star in the K-drama Happiness, set in a time with an infectious disease becomes a part of their daily lives. The show is set to follow a group of residents in an apartment surviving in a building while trying not to get infected with the virus, promising “subtle psychological battles and class discrimination.”
Happiness is both Han Hyo-Joo’s and Park Hyung-Sik’s first K-drama in a while, following Park Hyung-Sik's discharge from the military and Han Hyo-Joo's 2016 hit drama W.
Han Hyo-Joo is set to play the role of police officer Yoon Sae-Bom, and Park Hyung-Sik will play Jung Yi-hyun, a former baseball player who became a police officer.
The series will also star Jo Woo-Jin and is set to be directed by Ahn Gil-ho.
Happiness premieres on November 6 on iQiyi.
