Olivia Rodrigo Leads Nominees in 2021 American Music Awards

Olivia Rodrigo is leading in the Nominations for the 2021 American Music Awards.

The 18-year-old pop newcomer Olivia Rodrigo, who blew up in January with her debut single Drivers License, is topping the nominees in the 2021 American Music Awards receiving a total of seven nominations in the awards show, beating The Weeknd at six nominations.

Rodrigo has been nominated in the categories:

• Artist of the Year

• New Artist of the Year

• Favorite Trending Song

• Favorite Music Video 

• Favorite Female Pop Artist

• Favorite Pop Album 

• Favorite Pop Song

Olivia Rodrigo will be going up against fan-favorite artists like Kpop group BTS, Taylor Swift, and more for the Artist of the Year award. 

The 2021 American Music Award show is set for November 21 in Los Angeles.
