Under alert level 4, minors, senior citizens aged 65 and above, persons with comorbidity, and pregnant women are prohibited from leaving their homes. However, they are permitted to access essential goods and go to work in permitted industries.
Alfresco dine-in services are also allowed to operate up to 30 percent capacity in areas under alert level 4. Indoor dine-in services, on the other hand, are allowed to open at 10 percent capacity but only for the fully vaccinated.
Outdoor personal care services, meanwhile, are also allowed to accommodate customers up to 30 percent capacity. The indoor ones, however, are allowed at 10 percent capacity also for the fully vaccinated.
