Leaker of video of Roque berating doctors liable for "revealing public secrets," says him

“Sa tingin ko ay liable at liable rin po for revealing public secrets pero hahayaan ko na ‘yan sa IATF at ‘yan naman ay napag-usapan kanina sa IATF,” Roque said in a Palace briefing, adding that the leaker is likewise liable under the Data Privacy Act and Anti-Wire Tapping Law.

Roque was slammed by netizens on Friday for raising his voice and repeatedly pointing fingers at a group of doctors who opposed the government's decision to place Metro Manila under general community quarantine (GCQ) with granular lockdowns.
