Let's all hope for a better, organized and safe transaction when the BTS meal drops on June 18.
McDonald’s Philippines assures all the Filipino ARMYs that all their outlets will be carrying out extra safety measures to meet the demands that will occur for the limited-edition BTS meal inspired in McDonald’s.
The BTS Meal will be available in the Philippines starting June 18 and it includes chicken nuggets, fries, soda, and their signature dipping sauces.
The collaboration between McDonald’s and BTS commenced internationally last Month, and yesterday Indonesia was baffled and even made it to headline news as their outlets were suddenly ordered to shut down due to the panic buying with the pandemic still going.
According to McDonald’s Philippines, the BTS Meal will be available in the country through delivery, drive-thru, take-out, and dine-in.
Corporate communications head of McDonald’s Philippines Adi Hernandez stated in an interview that, “We have a full team working really hard to ensure that we will be able to provide our customers with a great BTS Meal experience through every touchpoint.”
They are already anticipating the meal’s high demand especially during the first few weeks of launch.
They added, “A big part of the preparation is to ensure that we will not compromise the quality and safety of our food, and the safety of our people through the strong reinforcement of our M Safe protocols — which has always been part of our operating culture.”
Health and safety protocols will be applied, and of course wearing of faces masks and shields is a must, social distancing while in queue, frequent sanitation of touch prone areas, contactless drive-thru and delivery.
McDonald’s PH added that, “We will also be reminding our customers via our social media pages prior to the launch to ensure that these protocols will be observed once they order their much-awaited BTS Meals,” it said.
