Celebrate Iloilo’s Dinagyang Festival Virtually

Ever since the lockdown was implemented last March 2020, this pandemic has affected our daily lives, businesses, events, and celebrations. As new COVID-19 variants arise and appear more dangerous than the original one, organizers of festivals and events transitioned their activities on digital platforms and other mediums for broadcast.

Iloilo City's Dinagyang Festival takes place every fourth Sunday of January in honor of the Sto. Niño, but this year they canceled the street performances. Instead, they are going to broadcast this year’s events on the Festive Walk Iloilo Facebook page.
